How Can rapid Heart Rate Along With Migraine Headache Be Treated?

My friend is a 56 year old woman who had a partial hysterectomy 15 years ago and had tachacardia a few years ago. She has been experiencing low blood pressure upon standing, then rapid heart beat, hot flashes, weight loss, shakiness, weakness, migraine headaches, and weight loss. No one can figure out what is wrong or what she needs. She s seen a cardiologist, neurologist, and internal medicine docs. Can you suggest a diagnosis?
